Our design team and trade professionals specialize
in residential remodeling projects. We assist clients
from design conception and budget cost analysis through
to construction. Our design / build approach explores
the advantages and disadvantages of different systems
that can be incorporated into the project. We consider
the clients lifestyle and needs as most important.
Rory Howland has a degree in construction management
and appropriate technology. The Howland Built Construction
team includes Certified Green Building Professionals
and we maintain our certification with Build It Green.
This educational background combined with years of
construction experience has created a high level
of project management on all our construction endeavors.
We have recently received a Green Building Award
from the City of Santa Cruz for one of our green
residential remodel projects.
Our business is dedicated to creating more comfortable
and healthier home remodels. We implement green
building practices into each remodel project to
minimize our impact on our natural resources. A
goal for each project is to incorporate reclaimed
materials and re-use materials wherever possible.
